Recently I got a call from an HR for AMS- Salesforce technical support- associate role. Any idea , what kind of work will be there and will it have any learning scope. I am having a doubt, since it is mentioned a technical support. Please let me know.

Hi guys, I am looking for a change after 11 years serving in the current organization. I have total 13 yrs exp. with only 13 LPA as I am in the same organization and didn't switch. With EY in the HR discussion they stated 19.4 LPA fixed, but I requested for 20 LPA fixed (though the difference is not much). The HR stated they may need to take approvals and the call ended. Do you know whether they will come back? How many days usually it takes HR to come back? It's the 3rd day almost.

Joining date for EY India needs to be changed. On Notice now but Present organization is not accepting 60 days and need to serve 90 days. Contacted EY India HR via mail but no response yet. Can anyone tell me the process to get the revised offer letter with new joining dates.
