Looking for advice. Started as an AAE last year at tech Saas advertising agency. Currently on mat leave returning after labor day. I was given a verbal ok to work remotely when i return but now they want me in 3 days a week and it’s a long commute. Wondering if I just started in advertising if I should make a career change. We had our baby much earlier in our careers than expected. Also interested in working at PepsiCo or Mastercard as I have heard they are great companies to work for w a family

I’ve been with firms for 6 years. I struggle (not that I’m not intellectually capable of doing this job), I just hate the detail oriented nature of this industry. Everything gets scrutinized so carefully and most things I stayed up late for doesn’t matter.

I just got PIP talk and they are pushing me out next year. I’m kinda relieved. I want to leave law completely and be someone on the operation side. Eventually I want to be an COO.

How do I get there from here?

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I applied to Amazon before for a highly senior position and made it to final interview so I think I would have a better chance for a new grad type role.

Hi All, I'm a senior associate consultant with 5.6yrs of experiences of overall experience in Telecom Industry.
Tech stacks - 3 years in Java,
1.5 years in spring boot,
3 years in kenan billing system.
My current package is 11lpa, completed 2.5 years in Infosys which is my second company (first- Accenture). If I switch now what will be package I can get as per current market trend. Need geniune suggestions as this might be the next big step in my career.

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
When I left Nagarro around 2 years back my fixed there was 11.50. Shall I consider this offer of Nagarro. Reason I want to change the job is because I don't have code based automation in my current organization and I have been an SDET in my whole experience.
