Does the job title of quality engineer in manufacturing still exist? I am currently looking for a new job and it seems like all the hits I am getting are with software companies, which I do not have any experience in. I have worked in the industries of automotive, electric distribution, label production, wine and spirits, HDPE bottle manufacturing. I tried the supervisor role and didn’t like it, so looking to go back to an salary individual contributor role.

Do you feel 15% of gross is good incentive for referrals into their prospects and customers that need complex integration and custom development solutions? We have paid this to the reps company before but the rep is the one with the relationship. Where possible we prefer to comp the rep. Hi! I’m just wondering about the math for RSUs. Per my offer, I have been granted 41,000 RSUs and 25% is vested after the first year of start date, and 1/16th of the grant is vested each quarter thereafter.

Does this mean 25% of 41,000 RSUs = 10,250 RSUs * Salesforce Price, is vested after year 1?
