O visa is best for outstanding skills... Lots of creatives use that to get into US. Just need to show awards that you're associated with.
H visa should be avoided at all costs. Trump government is clamping down on it after years of misuse by companies bringing in (primarily) indian and other cheap labor to these shores. As such it's being ripped apart.
L visa is solid if you work for a network.
Think those are the options unless youre from a country with a special visa i.e. Australia's E visa.
Good luck. Visas are a massive pain in the arse.
L visa is a very good option if you start working for a major network and gain experience leading teams in your home country. Maybe one of the only benefits of huge, worldwide holding companies
Me. I started as Jr. AD in 2017 at big global agency and applied for H1B lottery but didn't get picked. Then I found out there are levels to this game. There are 4 wage levels: 1 to 4. Your salary needs to be atleast Level 1. And those levels are decided which city/county you live in. Mine wasn't even Level 1. So basically I got played. Now I've applied for Canadian Permanent Residency because I don't have a work visa here. Hopefully I should hear from Canada soon. If I get it, I'll move to Canada. Let me know if you have any more questions. Cheers
I’m not totally sure what you’re asking here? You’re looking for a new job but you don’t have a visa? You need to be sponsored? Honestly I feel like H1-B only works if you worked at the company before and then they apply for a H1-B for you
The wait times and risks are just too great
