I thrive in fast-paced environments and have strong abilities in problem-solving.

New Yorkers, What’s your coned electric bill like wfh during winter? My last bill for dec 24-jan 27 was $347 and I wasn’t even home and everything was unplugged. Is this happening to anyone else?

I have got 2 offers -
Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I’m a certified Health Coach (my training/courses are CCE-accredited by the International Coach Federation) w/ a BS in Psychology. I got a temp to hire starting at $18/hr. It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer.
