Hi folks, my base location as per EY GDS offer letter is Noida but I want it to be Gurgaon as my hometown is in Jaipur and Gurgaon is more convenient for me.. I sent email to my senior manager and got response that you can use flexibility and work in any Gds office in India. However, I feel that in case my base location is not being changed, I should shift to Noida rather than Gurgaon as there might be any formalities or facilities which we need to avail in our base location only.. Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?
