Looking for some avenues on how to transfer departments. I’m thinking of switching since I received my PMP certification. I’m working under tax department and would like to transfer into project based environment. I’m eager to increase my responsibilities and put my new certification to good use. Or should I look for another opportunity outside of my organization? Thoughts? Would really need some advice.

Want to work with my designer on a toolbox of steps to pick from to find what works best for their individual creative process? I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. 4th year at a mid size PI firm. Got pulled from litigating MVAs to help this solo we hired start a med Mal/nursing home practice. 1 year in and it looks like I’m two steps backwards in terms of getting paid because we’re a year or more out from a lot of the fees hitting. Hi! So i've been doing "all the things i was supposed too" since i graduated. I have two masters dgs, my admin cert, 15 years teaching, and all that good stuff. The problem is that I don't want to do it anymore. I think of becoming an admin and I cringe.
