Have an IB Analyst interview for a MM diversified industrials group, can anyone help me focus my prep?

Been digging into the obvious (e.g. resume, DCF, three-statements, basics of LBO, why IB + this bank) but don’t want to spend unnecessary time on everything that comes up in a google search if it isn’t the right approach.

My background is BSc & MSc in Acct, back office BB intern, big4 audit intern, and current title FT ~ 1.5 yrs. My current role is heavy on 3 statement models/IS forecasts.

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. Do you guys think it’s easier to land a higher salary when applying externally rather than internally? Also this is for a territory sales management role. They stated 120k+ is extremely high for that role. What do you guys think? Playing the game?

I have given 3 rounds of interview in Infosys for a position in SAP in Mumbai location. They are scheduling one more round next week. I got automated calls and interviews were scheduled. Have no idea who should I check with to know the progress.

Looking to exit from 195k base to a sales role base 140 + 40 in guaranteed bonus year 1 to make up for the lengthy sales cycle. Folks, very new to the EE process. Most recent draw cutoff was 75 points but there are still folks with higher scores in the pool. Does that mean candidates are picked based on time in the pool? A CRS100 could be picked over a CRS300 if the CRS100 has been in longer?
