Looking to leave consulting at Deloitte after a year as I’m completely burnt out from projects, leadership (lack thereof), and lack of growth and direction. Would it be worth trying to stay within Big 4 or would it be easier to transition to T2? Would I even be looked at as an applicable candidate since I’ve only been here for a year?

Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

What does your firm's junior partner track look like? I have been offered 50% of all income brought in, but I have to deal with my own insurance, pay all my own benefits, and handle my own insurance. Is this normal?
