Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.
Should I stay or should I go?

I have always been a fan of Change Management with the focus on Leadership Alignment but no one will pull me from Software Implementation because I don’t have the “experience”.
I’m not in the best position to move careers right now for personal reasons so I am waiting until things smooth over to find work. My worry is compensation for “lack of experience”.
My feelings are the exact same as yours. Boring. Clients only want software because they think that is the solution to their problems when in reality the software is only just beginning. Now those things 25% of senior management thought were problems have data to back up...software implementation is just the beginning and we don’t get to return for the fun part, fixing all those other issues.

Software implementation sounds awesome
Boring. So much has to do with your client and the industry they serve: healthcare, tech, supply chain etc.
