I found out today that our partially stimulated FET failed. We did Letrozole, Ovidrel trigger shot, Endometrin suppositories & Estrogen.

My one tube is blocked & other ovary had surgery & so doesn't respond well.

My RE now wants to do a Hormonal ERA to prep for the next FET. She wants to PIO now if I'm okay with it. I'm kinda scared about PIO but ready if it's gonna help.

1. Is there anything else we should be doing before the next FET?
2. My lining this cycle was 12mm. Is that too thick?

The best thing for my anxiety and depression has been admitting to myself I despise my job and career, and likely the corporate world, and that attempting to continue climbing the ladder was causing pretty much all my mental turmoil. Moving up the ladder is a fools errand. Every day my mind was fighting me for trying to get promoted because I knew it was meaningless. So with that said, mental health has been best it’s been in a long time. For anyone else in a similar boat, hope it helps.

How do you stop overthinking ? I’ve been overthinking the same topics over and over for months and I barely realize how bad it became.
I try to distract myself and keep myself busy but it’s difficult to me to stop overthinking, it became a really bad habit when I’m by myself. I’m also by nature a very stressed out / anxious person. I usually feel better when I’m around people, but Im the kind of person who can get into their thoughts very easily during a party, event or whatever.

I was contacted by a recruiter about a new job and the firm would like to meet with me. But, the partner only proposed meeting at 7 am (in person!) which seems like a huge red flag to me. My further research into the firm seems like it would be a good environment. Am I overreacting about the time? I proposed meeting during normal business hours but apparently the partner does not do that. Thoughts?
