My current experience is 7.2 yoe.. joined accenture, feb 2021. My current fixed is 14.7LPA.. level is 10.. is my pay per current Accenture Standards.. im waiting for my promotion since 6mnths.. however, my manager is managing to push it as much as possible with Lame excuses..

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. Starting a new job next month, and considering taking two days off for kids’ spring break next month. Not sure whether it’s appropriate to request time off for a new job (I would’ve preferred not to take any time off for first three months). I may just be able to just ask for a single Friday off (so 1 day rather than 2 days).
