What is the content of these interviews? What do they look for? How can I prepare? I don’t have much technology my background, so a little worried going into the interview. Any advice please?

I’m in a little of a pickle but a good one. Offer A. Established “start up” doing well financially and projected to hit profitability. 130k base. Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. Titles are different which is why the pay is much different. I know some may think it is a no brainer but offer A allows me to grow the department ground up whereas offer B id be apart of to just different

But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket. See a lot of people slamming their “big firm” experience and wanting to move on from it. I’ve got 2YOE but not at a big firm and can’t help feeing I’m missing out on something (name brand, skills, network etc). Is it better not to chase it and go somewhere else (tech / startups etc) rather than trying to get in at entry level ?

I’ve made it to the 3rd round interviewing at three different firms over the past month, and the feedback I’m getting has all been very similar: they think I’m really great, but it’s not the right time. Why spend 4-6 hours interviewing me just to say there isn’t actually a current role for me? Should I be reading between the lines (if so what does it mean?) or pressing harder for more detailed feedback?
