I’ve found that if you have people dancing to convey joy in a spot, it’s generally because the client/account team has kicked the shit out of the creative team so thoroughly, you’re afraid to literally try to say anything.
"All People Are Tax People" has a lovely Orwellian ring to it.
I hate it and I can't stop watching it and I think I might actually like it.
Although, some people aren’t tax people and avoid paying them all together. 😀
And anyone or business with an account in tax havens like the Cayman Islands.
Agree. I like the other spots, just not that dancing one.
Agree that the dancing one is bad but the insight is great.
I do love that they included sign language.
I like it. It’s catchy some of the casting is funny, and you remember what it’s for. The song is stuck in my head.
I think I’m the only person in the world who genuinely enjoyed that spot
I also love stupid songs. I’m just a sucker for them.
Lol it was my favorite. The only spot that made a sb party of 13 people shut up and watch
I got a kick out of it. I think singing and dancing is tough to pull off in a spot but I thought they executed it well.
I love the line and am honestly mesmerized by the cringey dancing.
Same
I think it’s the jingle that killed it for me. Agree that the line “all people are tax people” isn’t bad, but there’s a lot more you can do with that than a really annoying jangle
