Partners have a completely different pension plan, so nothing changed with theirs, wouldn't surprise me if they actually sweetened their pension plan

Op, theirs also changing to a cash balance. I've looked at my own impact with the available information and it ain't pretty.

Hi everyone, I am looking for advice on getting to the same company but in a different country. I had an internship at multinational FMCG company in purchasing in country 1 (5 ys ago).
