Anyone have any idea what starting salary would be at Morgan and Morgan for a 4th year attorney in Orlando? What’s the commission/bonus like? Would you get to handle your own cases or are you working under a partner still? Defense attorney seeking to make the move to Plaintiff’s work.

How much of a total comp increase would you leave consulting for (E.g., 20%, 30%)? Trying to figure out what’s a good offer and tipping point for me.

One more scenario when dealing with counter offer with holding offer for X.

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.
