I got multiple offers around 8 -10 LPA from similar companies (infy, Wipro,..) and some small and mid sized companies including product based ones.

People are telling me to join big organization because of the upcoming recession.
What's your opinion? I like some small companies because of their culture and WLB.

Been struggling with my ADHD/depression more over the past few weeks than ever before. I am at a serious risk of losing my job for failure to meet billables and I can’t bring myself to fix the problem. I am new to McKinsey (NA office) and I’m planning my honeymoon for spring. I’m wondering if there are special discounts or portals we can use to book personal travel?

Currently 1-1.5 years out of college, working at a T2 firm doing commercial due diligence work. Have gotten some offers but confused about which one to take:

1. OW PE team, joining in a position higher than at my current firm, basically skipping a year. OWs PE practice as far as I know doesn’t have huge market share
2. McKinseys PE practice but coming in a position lower than where I currently am
3. Stay at my current firm which is experiencing high growth

-1st round: online case + 25 min fit (no live case anymore)
-Decision round: 2 live cases + fit as normal

MBA:
-1st round eliminated (you complete an online case at the time of app). If you’re selected for interviews, you go straight to decision round.

McKinsey/BCG folks - work wise, have heard a few times that the most apparent difference with both firms is the management style. Mck adopts a more top-down approach whilst BCG a bottom-up. Would you say this is true? Would love to hear your stories too!
