Implementation associates have the same career trajectory as generalists and are often staffed on the same projects (same comp, similar timeline to EM). If you have interviewed with McK in the past (made it past first round for example) and/or familiar with interview process, I would highly suggest applying for fall consideration. Nice route for post MBA experienced hires or experienced hires in general.
