The position is pretty much generalist, but I get the impression I'd be working mostly on SaaS and partnership transactions. I definitely think I would like the transactional work better, but I am concerned about the long-term earning potential vs. partnership. During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. I’ve been in community corrections for almost two years. I love what I do in case management, for inmates working on reentry but I would like to explore other job roles and start making a better income. I’m really interested in tech and project management roles. I just do not know where to start far as getting my foot in the door with either industry. I have a BA criminology, I adjust to quick changes, I thrive in fast paced environments and I learn quick. I have a great work ethic.
