1) internship experience -> can it be counted as YOE?

2) Startup I founded (actual startup, but it was done during my uni days)

I need to know if I’ve pigeon-holed myself. I have an undergrad in music business, and got a lot of good experience then. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for.
