Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.
I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

Banana Republic seems to have some swanky non traditional polos with long sleeves (but this was for their winter/spring collection so it may be out of stock now)

I’d just try linen dress shirts and roll up the sleeves. Or wear a tshirt to work and change there or something if it’s super muggy.
I would just get a size up in the polo (so the sleeves are a bit long) and have it tailored so it fits in the waist/torso. Definitely worth it if it’s a nicer brand and you’ll want to keep around for a bit, it’s a pretty simple alteration so I can’t imagine it would be $$

I think most golf shirts are sized this way. For nicer more work appropriate, maybe try Mizzen+Main
I also have tattoos I struggle to cover and have found better success with getting polos from golf courses than most “fashion” brands. They tend to be cut a bit more loosely and it’s been enough for me without looking excessively baggy.

I’d suggest rolling sleeves up on a long sleeve shirt if you want sleeves that long. You can get Oxford style shirts in performance fabrics that are lighter weight than traditional cotton

All good suggestions.
I have a half sleeve that ends at my elbow. I’ve given up on polos and wear a breathable cotton button down and roll it to my elbows. I’ve always found them to be fine in high summer.
Oof just here to say I feel your pain, but I’m a woman with tattoos down my legs, a chest piece, a half body suit back piece…basically pretty covered other than my arms. So I can wear short sleeves, but everything has to have a high neckline and I either have to wear pants or fleece-lined tights (that are opaque but have the look on the outside of sheer tights on skin) if in a dress or skirt. Summers are freaking awful.
Thanks all!
Lacoste polos tend to run long in the sleeves (or they have historically).
Also, agree with the above comments re: golf shirts. I haven’t purchased a traditional cotton polo for a decade because I only wear polos golfing, so I opt for moisture wicking shirts (typically lululemon because a relative works there and sends them to me for free, but they likely aren’t suited for what you need).
Re: golf shirts, try Mizzen + Main, Peter Millar or Nike. Would also recommend Marine Layer if you want longer sleeves in a cotton polo. Im tall and slim and wear medium or large in most brands. Marine layer polos are available in half sizes and are incredibly soft cotton fabric (I was gifted one, but it was a L/XL, so I rarely wear it because it’s way too big).
Re: cotton polos, a lot of the preppy brands run long in the sleeves (vineyard vibes, southern tide, brooks brothers and Ralph Lauren).
