What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

I wouldn't put too much stock into people's stares, or even their opinions and questioning. Don't let their own insecurity and biases bring you down. Just focus on proving them wrong.
Agree with Engineer 1. You wouldn’t be in that position if you didn’t deserve to be. You clearly have leadership qualities that someone saw and is encouraging you to hone by becoming a team lead.
Don't worry about what others think, you do what you feel is best for you. Good luck!
What they think about you is not your problem. You wouldn't be there if nobody saw your potential. What matters is the people who moved you to the position you are holding right now know that you deserved to be there. You don't need to please everybody so just do your own thing. Prove them wrong. Good luck.
Don't worry about it. You were placed in that position for a reason. Of course, it was assumed that you would have some questions, too, like anybody else. Just be open with your team; they will probably appreciate it and collaborate more with you.
