My amex platinum is up for renewal, I was offered retention offer with respective reedmption, I was told for 10k points - 60$ , so for $695 - 115k(this will can be reduced to 69k , so I get 46k points benefit. Is this good offer ? Looking to hear different opinions and suggestions for better offer to check with Amex agent .

How do you manage competing interests during a singing or closing?
