My company is going through layoffs and the environment has become toxic and I feel targeted honestly. My manager is not defending me and is avoiding me. I busted my butt off last year and I thought things were well and things shifted this year suddenly. I saw they are secretly recruiting for a junior designer. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them.
