They will cry for experienced candidates and hire freshers from good college with 15-20 LPA .
Same stories for all these big companies.
These big companies mostly work on legacy projects. It’s rarely about talent — it’s more about hard work and who can tolerate the pressure, late-night calls, and all that.
I’ve seen employees from tier-3 colleges perform far better than some from tier-1 institutes, yet they get paid less. Many of those tier-1 graduates often leave after a year to pursue an MBA or something else.
I’m not judging them — they’re definitely talented — but in the end, it’s the actual contribution to the company’s revenue that really matters. It’s the company’s responsibility to recognize and reward people based on performance, not just college names.
Trust me, no one is writing complex frameworks every day.
