Hello Sharks, I recently gave interview of Tiger Analytics and after all successful technical discussion, they were offering me Senior analytics - data Science role for 15.5 fixed + 2L jb, considering my current yoe 4.3 and in data science relevant is not much(consider it 1.5+) but my cctc is 14(13fixed+1 variable), I denied to accept this offer. Should I reconsider that?

Yes but before that get written salary revision letter and ask the terms and conditions like in some companies you cannot put down paper again within next 1 year. Also ask how much is variable part as manager may decide not to pay you this at all. If I were you, I will accept and switch next year asking hike on top of it.

Don't withdraw ur resignation until they provide you with revised offer letter.
First try to get a confirmation in writing about the offer your M is offering. If you withdraw resignation,sometimes,it might backfire because there is a possibility that you can get a lot of work etc. It depends on how are your terms with the M. My suggestion- if you have put in the papers then leave

Okay, if they have that level of dependency on you then I guess you can look out for the equity in company as well. I am sorry but it’s hard to believe a company would willing to give 175% hike to just retain someone. It’s highly unlikely as any company change billing per resource like that. I have never seen such instance before
But if they are doing so, then take back your papers once you get your new salary breakup. All the best 👍

I have been offered this because I have already one offer of 27 LPA. Now i have decided to continue with my current organisation because here I have good work life balance may be because I work for European Bank. The only issue is , I was working on CLM framework. I have observed that demand of my skill is high in Market. Synechron also offered me 30 Lpa. So at last I decided to continue with my current organisation.
In that case can you share the revision/hike letter just to confirm the same... People are like how is it even possible 😂
