My friend is in the final interview rounds with Razorpay and Porter ( PM role at both)

Both are new & exciting domains for her and she is equally interested. And hence she is very confused between the two.

Requesting experienced PMs here to shed light on which one would help her in long run in her career ? ( She is in early PM phase , 3+ years experienced as a PM)

Does getting snapshot at partially next level in 4 perimeter and next level in 1 perimeter will be enough to get promotion? I have received similar kind of 5 snapshot. ( some cases next grade in 2 perimeter)

PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?

Beware a company called apnaklub currently hiring across functions. They are knockoff udaan with zero ideas who somehow managed to get some funding. They will do interviews for 1 month+ and then ghost you totally wasting your time.
