My friend is working in service based company. He is not billable for a particular client A for last 2 years but he is doing maintenance of the client A projects. Now he got the offer from client A. Now he is in dilema whether to join the client A company or not because present company has a clause that he can't work for the client for 1 year direct or indirect.

I have one pro bono case that I kept when I left my firm to go in house.
