Getting thru a bad project one day at a time.
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Hello folks, I came from a non-tech marketing background, with a little customer facing startup product management experience. Currently at TechM, I'm working on Client project for MS, there is no proper KT, as they just gave a one note for all onboarding related threads and there's zillion teams meetings every day despite the fact that mine is a day shift, I need to attend calls after 9.00pm and sometimes after 10.00pm as well. Sounds great in theory, but as someone who used to do these types of returns at a “top 25” firm, no thanks. The medical practices I worked on had horrible bookkeeping and I practically had to re-do their books to be able to prepare the tax return.

SC1, our realization was awful at the office of the “top 25” I worked at. It was a truly awful place to work. Our partners would sell what had been a $10k engagement at another firm and quote the client $1600 to get them in the door. Then the partner would be absolutely irate when it took us $10k worth of work to do the bookkeeping and tax return like the client’s old firm did. Higher up leadership was always on our back for this kind of thing.
