My girlfriend cannot stop pointing out my 'skin lines', and she thinks I'm way too young (I'm 34) for my skin to be showing these signs. She thinks it's the stress from my job, but I'm not sure I'm able to grasp the idea of it causing my skin to wrinkle up around my eyes. Is that how this stress stuff works? Do any of you feel like your sales job is causing you more stress than you're truly understanding?

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. Because I am able to “pick up and go” I’m open to opportunities and locations. I’ve never worked with a recruiter but was hoping I could get some recommendations!

Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you. I left my job about a year ago to relocate, make sure it was the right decision and start a side business in the mean time.
