Stress absolutely can show up physically, including in your skin, so your girl isn't wrong. Sales jobs can be more stressful than we realize, so it’s definitely possible your work is contributing. Take care of your health! Your job definitely won't do it for you.
Stress can definitely have a physical component, and visual evidence of that is not uncommon. There's even a famous photographic portrait of Lincoln taken in early 1865 that's often cited as visual proof of the stress the Civil War had on him. But wrinkles on someone's face can also be caused by aging, how much sun they're getting, their diet and exercise, and so on. Anyway, if you're 34, don't let it get to you, there are many more wrinkles out there for you to eventually earn.
Well don't let her see my "skin lines." I'm younger than you and have pretty deep crows feet, but I think genetics are more to blame than stress. I've tried botox before but hated the feeling, so I just welcome the skin lines.
Tell her to mind her business and these lines are from you working hard to give the two of you a nice date night or two per month.
