My interview with DraconX was extremely confusing errors while scheduling, no replies to emails, multiple “interview cancelled” messages, and no guidelines provided. They asked for an ID without warning, gave a sudden UI task with no assets, and a senior even shouted at me for breaking the guidelines a senior suddenly shouted at me for “breaking the rules.” I explained that I never received any interview guidelines only to find out they had send it to me attached to my cancellation emails.

Hi, I'm getting lot of interview calls for SAP SD Consultant but they want someone experienced 2 to 3 years of experience, 1 or 2 implementation done, support or rollout etc, Relevant experience of sap is zero I have, for BFSI industry is 3+ years I've, so what would u suggest??I'm not getting any work, 5 months gap already now in doing SAP course, hana certifications etc,any fresher in SAP, how u made it in SAP? My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.

Considering this even though if i have less knowlege and if i perform a decent interview process will i get offers at the last moment?Is the offers during the late notice is given based on as he can join early even his performance is average during interview. Pls share

Need your valuable insights. Having an YOE of 11 years and offered TechLead position with a CTC of 30 LPA (28.5 LPA Fixed) a month ago.

Though their WLB and culture seems good, I kept feeling that I am being lowballed which pushed me to give further interviews.

Received another offer for same role from another PBC for 35LPA (33 Fixed). Is it OK to ask the first company to revise the CTC (up to their best) where the DOJ is in 10 days?

Seems like hiring has slowed down but i feel we are in for another bout of great resignations due to companies calling it's employees back now and employees finding ways to continue WFH. The ones who get lucky continue WFH while not so lucky ones will start switching and startups and other mid level companies cashing in on the talent. Looks like it's the lull before the storm.

What is the expectation at your firms about coming into work after making your billable hours requirement? Asking especially for those who do not get a bonus per extra hour billed over the minimum.
