Even if you could prove it, it would have to be something illegal. If it isn't, unless they were looking to get rid of that manager already, your time there is done after involving HR.
I've had this happen before. You need to document everything. If you are on a call with them record it. Try to only communicate via email so you have a paper trail. Keep those receipts and use them when you have enough.
HR will pay more attention if you concisely state the issue and what was violated - company rule, state/federal law, or regulation.
Document everything
My company used to say if you have an issue, you can ask for a team change. If it was team change time, it blends in. If you have a company that prizes employees, they may move you, no questions asked- and keep it confidential. I know that has changed over the years. If you have someone you trust- or another senior or manager you could get an unbiased opinion from- start there.
