Got a really disappointing raise despite perfect ratings. Going to bring up the poor raise and point out my disappointment.

Feel like sending out resumes just in case they arent responsive to my concerns.

As compensations are being communicated throughout the next weeks/months, I’m curious of what your expectations are if you’re due to being promoted. For example, I’m an Audit S3 in HCOL and will be promoted to manager, expecting ~20% increase in salary. What are your promotion expectations? Is 20% increase for manager too ambitious?

MBB folks, are all of you also having a tough time finding candidates for new projects and engagements? Have you started to lower qualifications/ requirements in the candidates you interview/ hire?

Just talked to my coach. My rating is commensurate. This was my first rating.
Ofcourse im disappointed. But is this normal for new joiners?? I joined in june 2021.

The worst part is, my target promotion year was 2023 and now it has become 2024. Im a consultant with 6 YOE.

Please provide some suggestions. Can this br again preponed to 2023. My coach seems to be confident that the milestone year gets preponed very easily.

Also 60k joining bonus.

Wipro:

CTC: 7.40 Fixed + 0.6 Variable =8 total

Total YOE: 2+ years (26 months)

Do any of you feel like you bear most of the mental workload in taking care of your kids? My husband is a great dad but I find that I’m the one thinking about and doing the little things for my baby, like planning her meals, being the one to order all her clothes when she outgrows something, thinking about how to help her meet milestones etc. obviously these things are my responsibility as her mom, it just gets tiring sometimes since all those things really add up with this job.

I moved to a different city this Jan and Deloitte filed an amendment for the same. Received RFE and they responded.
