I wish I thought it through but I regret switching, I do not like the culture and the work I’m doing. I wish I could go back to my old job, I am 5 months in and I have recruiters reaching out. I was in my prior job for almost 4 years. Should I even bother entertaining new job prospects

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. Can anybody guide me regarding this.

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services.
