What are some ways I can upgrade her flight for a steal? I’m United silver status so would prefer United, but open to other airlines. Currently not enough points so what’s the best way? Her status in the US is currently complicated and she doesn’t have a green card(tho she’s working on it), my wife(her daughter) is American.

I want to report this to the FBI’s elder fraud department but I don’t want to complicate her situation even more.
