I was just offered a CUNY role. The title is Higher Education Assistant. According to Glassdoor, the average annual pay for that role is $83,418. However, I was offered $62,500. I requested for the minimum annual salary to be 75k. Does anyone have experience navigating the CUNY system and their pay?
Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

Grow your writing team with actual writers. I can't stress this enough.
Not marketing or linguistics grads, not pivoting marketing execs, content strategists or content managers - actual writers: copywriters, technical writers, journalists and so on.
Asking for a portfolio is the quickest way to filter. Career writers will have one.
I'm currently laboring in a large team that did not do this and I can't begin to list all the problems were having. Retention is very poor and baseline quality is all over the place.
So helpful for changing my perspective. I’ve been thinking a lot about strategists, etc. but always worries that my content managers will get overwhelmed with even more writing. Growing bottom up is also key.
