My partner has, for the last 3 years, been the co-head of a business unit within an investment bank. Six months ago, the role of sole head of the business unit was advertised, interviews took place and after a lengthy process, the decision has been made to appointed my partner as the head, but no change the job grade! The reasons given are so that my partner may further upskill stakeholder management skills. Review in grading and salary in 6 months more. Is this reasonable?

I gave an interview in Accenture and the manager wants me to move to Hyderabad,but I'm comfortable with the Kolkata location. For rent paid below 1 lakh there is no need to submit landlord's PAN. I have calculated based on my HRA and if I show rent paid as around 96k my tax refund will be around 13k.

However there is no rent agreement or rent receipts.
