My pipeline suddenly looks healthy ish on paper, but half of it is just “maybe this month.” Everyone’s back from winter mode, meetings are happening, and I’m trying not to confuse activity with progress. I keep asking myself if I’m being too cautious or just realistic. How do you tell when a deal is actually warming up versus just being polite and busy?

Was told I’d only have one round (4 interviews), each split 50/50 on case/behavioral. This is for an Associate position and will be interviewing with AP/P/SP level. Is this typical? Since I see most people have multiple rounds.

How do you feel about "workplace of the future?" I literally can't focus when I can hear & see everything everyone is doing. It's definitely impeding my productivity to not be in a quiet environment.

I was selected for a l3 role via IJP in the 1st week of may and the hiring manager informed me via email that i had been selected for the role and requested confirmation to proceed with offer letter generation. I didn't hear anything from HM after that. When can I expect to receive an internal offer letter? Should I contact HM to know about the status ? Please provide some insights. TIA :)

When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

Is it a red flag if, after almost two years in a full quota carrying and selling role I want to take a lower role at another company in order to break into a field (tech sales) I want to work in? It’s better pay - closer to home and at a company with a better reputation?

“Job hopper” and “quiet quitting” are all schemes made up by boomers to make you think everything is the employees fault. When in reality people are just getting out of bad situations. Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you. Except our generation will just leave amid we’re being mistreated, not complain for 35 years making 50k and 0 advancement.

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...
