My previous firm had their 401k plan with Fidelity and the new firm also has with Fidelity. How do I create a new one? My new firm just sent me an email. Is it just logging into the old account?

Does anyone have experience working for a ALSP? How does compensation work (pay and benefits)? Are you an employee or technically an IC? Do you have billable requirements like at a firm? How do you think it prepared you to potentially move in house? I'm currently at a firm but thinking of taking a position with an ALSP but my goal is to go in house.

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I have $20k in savings, I owe $6,000 to my 401k loan, that’s the only loan I got. I am debt free otherwise except for my house. Should I use my savings to pay off? Since people are talking about unemployment and being fired, I wanted to make sure I have enough, 👩🏾‍💻... What should I do? I initially took the loan to add to my home equity when I sell my house for a new house then covid hit.
