My robotics class is building a remote controlled T-shirt cannon for use during pep rallies and sporting events. I love building projects that require admin permission. 😁

What an extraordinary idea on so many levels! Are you able to shoot the T-shirt’s far enough ? Are you using air pressure as a catapult?

We should be able to shoot from the sidelines to the top row of the bleachers with ease. We're hoping to be able modulate the pressure to adjust our velocity, but we only have a week left, so that might a modification for next year. We will be using air supplied from an onboard compressor.

So I'm on a WFH day and another consultant just asked if I would mind coming in for the afternoon. It's 12 where I am. Yes or no? My answer was no but just wondering what y'all would say.

How do you all structure your WFH day / Meals / Showers with working out? I’m not a morning person at all & having been able to wake up before work to exercise. By the time I finish working at ~6 I’m tired and starving and just give in & eat or do a super quick workout where I’m never giving my best because I’m so hungry. Also hate showering at night when working from home to do this. I’m thinking about fully changing my routine, but wondering what others do normally?

I know we are living in the COVID Era and things may be different but as a self-taught designer that’s been employed for the last 8 years here in the city, I’d like to be able to make myself attractive to the advertising world. I usually operate on the fringes of the design community and I don’t know all the cool kids (outside of interning at 3st). What can I do besides have a great portfolio?
