I work in US Tax and had an experience of 3 year. Had got an offer of 14Lpa in another big4,but still don't feel like continuing in US Tax. As taxation is something I do feel like I don't want to make a career anymore, because of work life balance & also as it specialised. Please suggest other option worthy to make a career shift. You guidance will be extremely helpful. My highest qualification is M.com.

Do not gossip with work people about work people. Listen if someone else tells you some and nod and then keep it to yourself and don’t pass it along. Took me a long time to learn to listen but not engage. My work life is much less stressful without the gossip.
I vent about work to people in my personal life.

Be pleasant to be around - when everything else is equal, you want to keep the people who are pleasant to be around.
Set boundaries. I believe in hard work but not when we have to work til 2am in advertising for something that isn’t even on fire
Be a sponge, learn and soak up everything that you can, ask lots and lots and lots of questions (especially if it’s for a task you’re not 100% clear on), hand raise/volunteer for things that align with the types of roles or tasks they want to be involved in, make friends with someone a level above and ask for advice or about how they were able to be successful in their first role, try and think 1-2 steps ahead of your manager and anticipate their needs, if you screw up own it and proactively provide ideas or ways to fix it. Say hello and goodbye to everyone. Little things add up to very big things.
