Try to get into a bedtime routine. Ideally no screens/phones, but if you really can’t resist try to find a night shift type mode for the light and be mindful of what you are doing on it. Scrolling the socials isn’t very peaceful for me, starting playing a crossword game in the evening and it’s been a good way to wind down.
