My trainer’s instruction yesterday. Not a lot but it was good enough to burn me out.
1. Barbell back squats(45 or 2*25 weights) 3 x 10-15 -
2. Barbell standing calf raises 3 x 10-15
3. Walking lunges (on the turf down and back twice)
4. High step ups (level 3-4 on the orange step up platform)
5. Dumbbell straight leg deadlifts (2 35lb or 45lb weights)
6. Stair master 10-15mins at a fast level (7-10) to burn out!

Looks like a good workout! I’d be struggling on that stair master finisher for sure 🥵

Just signed the outside employment form in KPMG onboarding system. I actually wanted to start dabbling in creative writing as a potentially monetizable hobby, but I'm guessing this may pose issues.

Hello, I have a final panel interview coming up for a Strategic Product Consultant role at Procore (Construction SaaS). It’ll be 3 separate interviews, 30 minute each with a Team Lead, a Senior Consultant, and a Customer Success Manager.

I’ve already completed 2 interviews; 1 screening interview with a recruiter and 1 with a hiring manager.

I’m currently a PM for a General Contractor looking to pivot into tech.

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday.
