My work life balance has been great since working as a temp. for Premier Block Management (PBM) time has moved on, after spending a year working in purchase ledger/service charge accounts. I would recommend PBM as a company that you can learn and achieve goals should you have the desire to progress. Its a vibrant company with committed staff that are fully supportive, My time working at PBM has been a pleasure with a lot of experience gained that will be an added bonus to my CV

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.
