My yearly performance goals were set 3-4 months ago & my boss informed me in our last meeting that one of the major goals (learning to perform and administer Jet Reports by end of quarter Q2/March) would be changing or becoming less important, bc the company is going to move towards using Power BI. Similar situation happened with goals last year. When it came time for performance reviews... it was brutal (meets expectations). Is this normal? Should I ask for another goal/ look for another job?

Anyone heard of any firms offering 100% remote for FDD? I've gotten messaged on LinkedIn a couple times about opportunities, but the recruiters never give up the firm name without a call.
