My younger brother is a senior graduating in May 2021 with degrees in Business Analytics & Information Systems and Public Health. He’s interested in pursuing a career in Healthcare Consulting. Does anyone on here know if their firm is currently recruiting for Associate / Analyst positions? Or have any advice when it comes to getting into consulting out of college? I transferred into it a year into my career so would appreciate any advice / insights / recommendations anyone has!

There are literally tons of Healthcare consulting campus recruiting options. Any major healthcare firm has a campus recruiting program. They likely attend career fairs too

I mean not a lot of big companies recruit for a industry pillar right out of UG. He’s be better off applying for general consulting and then moving into the healthcare space after 1-2 years at that firm.

There are but I always say go for general and then flip to healthcare after 1-2 years

Cigna is hiring for their operations leadership program and their managed care rotational program - both give you an opportunity to rotate through many areas of the business. However they will not pay consulting salaries but definitely a good opportunity to get to know the foundations, business, and industry.

If he wants a big firm I might try to work the Analytcs and Info Sec angle first and then wiggle over to Healthcare.
