There are literally tons of Healthcare consulting campus recruiting options. Any major healthcare firm has a campus recruiting program. They likely attend career fairs too

I mean not a lot of big companies recruit for a industry pillar right out of UG. He’s be better off applying for general consulting and then moving into the healthcare space after 1-2 years at that firm.

There are but I always say go for general and then flip to healthcare after 1-2 years
Cigna is hiring for their operations leadership program and their managed care rotational program - both give you an opportunity to rotate through many areas of the business. However they will not pay consulting salaries but definitely a good opportunity to get to know the foundations, business, and industry.
