Im working as a Senior developer-23lpa-YOE ; 5 - wfh
My husband working as a Management Consultant(Big 4 firm)(consulting side)-35lpa-YOE : 2 - wfh
Now we wanted to move to US on h1b. But, our current projects and current companies dont have US vacancies.
Are there any other ways to get H1b legally.
Or is it better to stay in India?

Got H1B lottery picked up last year (2021). Now I have an approved petition. But I am not holding visa.

In this situation - can I able to switch company? Can I able to change the petitioner(new employer) in this approved petition?

While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.
