Need advice: I am very early in my career. I am currently the project manager of our ERP implementation. My boss, the CEO, has offered me a position as a NetSuite administrator with the company paying for my certifications. My first response was that I am not really interested in IT and would rather do something more business related. He has since offered me a position as an associate project manager. I know this decision will effect the trajectory of my career. Did I make the right choice?

How do you count years of experience? Lets say you were a web master for 5 years. Then you transitioned into a proper UX role and did that for 5 years. Is that 10 years of experience or 5?

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.
