What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

HCL Technologies offer being delayed and recruiter keeps saying that there's a problem with their "Offer release portal system." I have already stated my issues with relocating until after I have the offer signed and ready. The project is supposed to start on the 19th and I'm supposed to join before, or on that date. It's already coming up soon and I don't have the official offer so that I can confidently start the relocation process. Has anyone else recently dealt with this?

You don't need to take a bold decision to move to Canada. You can take a normal decision to move to Canada. As long as you have skills you don't need to worry about recession.
95-100k CAD is a pretty good package for a first job at Canada.
Talking about inflation, it is high in India too. ₹27L isn't the 27 it was just two years ago.
By the way, would you mind sharing how did you get this job being in India?

This is great!
I am also an Express Entry candidate, but if I received a COPR today, I would sit out the winter (both climatic and economic) and move to Canada maybe next Spring/Summer (May-Aug 2023), given your COPR continues to be valid.
Hopefully things will be much better by then.
But this is my personal opinion.
You can consider PPP and calculate savings. I think you should try for more than 100k.
Also, Did you get your PR before bagging the job or afterwards?
Where did you apply?
Author. Since you got the job offer sitting in India ofcourse they'll give a lower salary . Company needs to have some benefits too right. So what I can suggest is to stay for 1 year and switch
I am in similar position as yours. I don’t have an offer in hand. I am planning to find a good opportunity or move internally in the org, I will wait for few more months.

Do share if you gathered something on that.
Move to Canada for Value of life.
Stay in India if you want lower cost of living and are emotionally connected to India.
Most people in India don't respect empathy and don't respect individual choices. I personally would've moved to Canada without giving any second thought.
