Need ethics/moral help from my fellow 🐟

I got laid off from ACN earlier this year. I accepted an offer and started at a boutique consulting firm exactly one month ago today. This morning, I got an email from Deloitte recruiting for the same position I’m in now, which is where I want to develop my career.

Part of me wants a break from the big consulting firms, but at the same time, going to a Big 4 would feel more at home to me. Is it worth entertaining the offer, or should I just stay away?

Hey fishes I have recently got a job from Hugging Face a US based startup for USD 55K + stocks. I can work from India. However since they do not have any legal entity it will be independent contractor.

Resumé question - I’m wanting to portray myself as someone with the EQ to be able to relate to clients, even in situations that are less than positive. For example, we had a client project that was way off track, expectations were missed, and they were considering terminating the contract. Bought a condo and was informed by the existing tenant that the bedroom window in the winter collects way above normal amount of condensation to the point that the floor beneath the window is soaked.
